How do I refer someone?

The link to our current job openings is www.collectivetech.com/careers_jobOpenings.htm. This contains all of our positions currently open to external referrals. Please keep checking back often as available positions are updated regularly. Please send the name and contact information of the referral, with a copy of their most recent resume, to external-referral@colltech.com. Our Director of Recruiting will distribute the resumes to the appropriate recruiting personnel.

What happens after I refer someone?

A recruiter will reach out to your referral to qualify them. If your referral is a match for an open position, your referral will be put into our interview process and you will be notified. You will be notified again (i) if the referral is extended an offer, (ii) if the referral has accepted the offer and has a start date, and (iii) if the referral has completed the requisite three consecutive month employment period.

What happens once my referral is working at Collective?

The payout period for the referral bonus follows the referral’s completion of three consecutive months of employment with Collective. Once your referral has been on payroll for three consecutive months, you will receive the $1000 External Referral Bonus by check.

Who can I refer?

You must have personal knowledge about anyone you are referring and the referred candidate must know that you are submitting them as a referral. Anyone that you refer must not have interviewed with Collective within the past year, been referred by another source within the past year or been a previous Collective member or subcontractor.
