At Collective, we are committed to protecting your privacy and to
developing technology that gives you the most powerful and secure
online experience. You can travel through most of our site without
giving us any information about yourself. But sometimes we do collect
information to provide services that you request, and this statement

What type of information does Collective
collect?
Collective does not collect personal information on Collective web
sites unless you choose to provide personal information to Collective.
On selected Collective web sites, Collective collects personal information
and resumes from candidates for employment, which is used by Collective's
recruiting staff. On other sites, Collective's clients may provide
client contact information or information regarding clients' business
needs.
Collecting your Personal Information
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies
you or allows us to contact you. You may choose to give us personal
information, such as your name and address or your email id that
may be needed, for example, to correspond with you. It is our intent
to let you know how we will use such information before or as we
collect it from you on the Internet.
Security of your Personal Information
Collective uses reasonably commercial efforts to protect the security
of your personal information and to honor your choices for its intended
use. We also use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your
data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration,
or destruction.
Your personal information is never intentionally shared outside
the company without your permission. Inside the company, data is
stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Your information
may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country
where Collective, its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents are either
located or store its hardware.
When you provide us with personal information, Collective will not
share that information with third parties without your permission.
It will only be used for the purposes stated.
Protection of Children's Personal Information
The Collective site does not publish content that is targeted to
children.
Changes to this Statement
Collective will occasionally update this privacy statement. When
we do, we will also revise the “last updated” date at
the top of the privacy statement.
Release & Limitation of Liability
While Collective uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect
the information and data solicited and stored, Collective nevertheless,
cannot guarantee such efforts will be successful and therefore, Collective
makes no warranties regarding the use of the web site and the safety,
security and integrity of the information and data collected and
stored. COLLECTIVE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
By accessing the Collective web site, you release Collective from
any and all claims, causes of action and/or liability related in
any way to the web site under any legal theory. IN NO EVENT WILL
COLLECTIVE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL,
PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. Notwithstanding the foregoing,
the total cumulative liability for Collective for any claim, cause
of action and/or liability shall not exceed ten dollars ($10.00).
