Under Jonathan's leadership, Collective's storage practice has expanded its list of partners and clients to include industry leaders such as Brocade, EMC, Brocade, Fujitsu, HP and Network Appliance. Prior to joining Collective, Jonathan was Director of Recruiting for Pencom Systems, a national staffing organization. At Pencom, he built and ran one of the most successful recruiting operations in the country, recognized by many as a new paradigm for recruiting best-of-breed talent. Previously, Jonathan held positions at Cheyenne Software, L&M Financial Services, Conbow Corporation, and Standard & Poors. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from SUNY Buffalo and has served on the boards of numerous professional and non-profit organizations including the Austin AIX Users Group, Austin AITP and Any Baby Can.
